This privacy policy applies to skifo.ch and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nFADP) in effect since September 1, 2023.

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:

This data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Automatically Collected Data

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics solution, self-hosted in Switzerland. Umami:

  • Collects no personal data
  • Uses no cookies
  • Does not track visitors across sessions
  • Is GDPR and nFADP compliant without requiring a consent banner

Analytics data collected is anonymous: pages visited, country of origin (without IP address), device type, and browser.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact and audit requests
  • Improving our website (anonymous analytics data)
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Your consent (contact form)
  • Our legitimate interest (website improvement via anonymous analytics)
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures

5. Data Recipients

Your form data is processed exclusively on our infrastructure hosted in Switzerland. Notification emails are sent via Infomaniak SMTP servers, hosted in Switzerland. No data is transmitted outside of Switzerland.

Fonts are hosted locally on our server. No requests are sent to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs.

6. Retention Period

Contact form data is retained for the duration necessary to process your request, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months.

7. Hosting and Security

The website and analytics data are hosted in Switzerland. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

8. Your Rights

Under the nFADP, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Right to object: object to the processing of your data
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
